Senior Designer (4–6 years experience)

We are looking for a Senior Designer who wants responsibility and challenge.

What your role looks like
• Lead concept development and design direction from day one
• Translate briefs into strong, thoughtful design narratives
• Take feedback, refine ideas, and finalise designs
• Guide artists during execution to ensure design intent is protected
• Spot what’s missing — in colour, form, detail, or finish — and fix it
• Juggle multiple projects at different stages with clarity and ownership
• Coordinate with internal teams and select vendors
• Gradually take on client communication

You may not execute every artwork yourself —
but the final output carries your design thinking and your responsibility.

This role is for you if
• You have strong design fundamentals and concept-thinking skills
• You have experience in digital design and visual / spatial thinking
• You care deeply about quality, detail, and finishing
• You are collaborative, communicative, and accountable
• You are comfortable working beyond screens and understanding materiality

What success looks like in 3–6 months
• Independently handling multiple projects
• Understanding materials, processes, and execution workflows
• Confidently guiding artists and managing feedback
• Adding momentum and ownership to the design team

This role is not for you if
• You only want to execute instructions
• You avoid responsibility or accountability
• You prefer repetitive or purely digital work
