Crafting Stories with Colors: The Artistry of a Wall Art Designer

From a Freelancer to a Business Owner: My Journey to Building Za Works

Coming from a family of multi-generation business owners, I always knew I wanted to turn my passion into a business. However, like almost any other business, I didn’t know what that was going to be.

The inception of Za Works actually happened with a close friend from college. With his amazing creativity and artistic skills, along with mine, we started Za Works as two Wall Art Designers freelancers trying to study the field and understand what exact path Za Works should take.

We started with a simple “paint your furniture” product company, but quickly realized that without funds, it was going to be tougher than tough.

Coming from a more artistic and creative background, we wanted to hone our skills and capture a market that would value us as Wall Art Designers, and artists before being seen as businesspeople. We took Za Works forward for a whopping five years together, after which we both wanted something else out of the venture and parted ways without letting our friendship hinder.

I knew I wanted to take Za Works to another level: a brand, an identity that when you think of Wall Art Designers, art or customization in art, there is only one you should think of, and that is Za Works.

For the last two years, that’s what I’ve been creating and working towards.

For me, the “za” in Za Works has always meant a team from A to Z! And slowly, we are growing this team into an unbeatable one.

A team with multi-talented Wall Art Designers, artists that take on almost all kinds of art styles, managers that can handle projects that end up with happy clients, and designers pushing themselves with all kinds of designs and concepts.

I’m loving and enjoying seeing this baby grow. It’s been quite a journey these past few years, and it’s really exciting to see where I can take it.

Setting goals, making an action plan for those goals, and celebrating small wins are three key takeaways that I’ve learned from my journey so far.

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are always looking for new and creative ways to help our clients bring their visions to life. If you have a Wall Art Design project in mind, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We would be happy to discuss your needs and see how we can help.
